Returns Policy

We understand that buying online can seem like a lottery and what you think you are buying and then end up receiving are 2 different things…………Nothing like the Photo………  That’s not how Mismo Cielo expects its customs to feel. We source and then individually purchase every one of our products from verified suppliers that confirm authenticity, which we take very seriously. What is photographed is the actual item and it’s not in a warehouse…it’s available for viewing from our store… just shoot us a message here or on Instagram if you want to do a live viewing.

Our belief is you will get what you want and expect, and in the condition indicated, however as you are purchasing a pre-loved item, we can only offer a refund in the very unlikely event that the item is proven to be a replica rather than a genuine piece OR if applicable due to damaged in Transit (refer Transit Warranty for conditions).

We strongly encourage you to check carefully before purchasing as once the item is purchased Mismo Cielo is unable to offer a full refund unless an issue with authenticity can be proven. Please message us on Instagram if you want any additional information before you purchase. We don’t hide anything and will ensure you are made aware of any signs of wear or use that may exist with the product you are interested in. 

Please take your time and check your items against our grading system.

Our WATCHES have all been checked by a vintage watch horologist and come with a new battery when they ship. We offer a 28-day return on watches if the watch is not working. Please note, we only refund non-working items.

In addition, and in order to assist with keeping you happy, in the unlikely event of any dispute, we ask that you video your delivery when opening the box, especially if the package appears damaged when it arrives. We will ask you for a copy of the video and or photos of the product as its opened, to determine when (and if possible how) it might have been damaged.

If you are still not happy with your purchase, Mismo Cielo will offer you a swap or store credit for an item that is unused and returned within 14 days of purchase BUT only if an item is in the exact condition it was sold, including any extra items sold with the piece.  Please contact us here if you are not completely satisfied. Shipping costs will be deducted from the store credit.

ORDERS and TRACKING

Once you have checked out and your payment has been processed, we will commence boxing and shipping of your items. Processing of all orders commences at 10:00 am AEDT or 11:00 PM GMT
(daylight savings may alter this time).

Orders received prior to this time will be processed and prepared for collection on the same day.

You will be emailed a receipt of payment and tracking information that will allow you to track the location and status of your package.
