Faster Delivery and Insurance

Standard postage takes between 5-14 business days* and comes with only a $100 insurance.  You are required to Select NO for insurance cover for free Shipping BUT by doing so you confirm and accept that in the unlikely event of loss or damaged to your parcel, the courier will only be responsible for a refund up to $100.  This is for ALL free Standard Economy Shipping .

Customers do however have the option to pay an additional fee for both Faster delivery and up to $1000 Domestic cover and $2000 International cover by the courier, Rates are calculated as per the table above. As a minimum, for all International Orders we DO encourage customers to take advantage of this Increased Transit Cover.

Shipping of Multiple Products

Mismo Cielo has a max shipping fee ( Excluding Insurance costs) But in some cases we may be able to combine products to reduce Shipping Costs. If you would like a shipping quote please Contact Us for a quote.

MISMO CIELO Transit Warranty

We understand that for many products available from Mismo Cielo the purchase price exceeds $2000, So we offer customers the option to purchase additional insurance for a 100% refund for a lost or damaged parcel during Transit Only. This warranty doesn’t cover you if you change your mind, it is for lost or damaged items due to shipping only. At checkout you will be required to opt IN for full Transit Warranty. Mismo Cielo recommends that you opt IN to this Warranty.

Terms and Conditions of the Mismo Cielo Transit Warranty

Delivery:

All Items must be signed for on collection:  Any Item left at an Authorized Postal Collection point OR signed as accepted will NOT qualify for a lost item refund. Please do NOT allow someone you do not trust to collect or sign for your item, as once an item has been signed as received, then the item is deemed as delivered and no claim will be accepted for a lost item.

Damage:

If an item appears to be damaged on arrival then we request that you take a video as you open the item.  Our boxes are sealed when packaged so the best way to prove an item is damaged in transit is to video it as you open the box.  If you feel the item has been damaged, please photograph and/or video the item and place it back in the box. Please contact us immediately and we will then walk you through the processes to return the damage product.

Cost:     For purchases Below $50,000 USD:   3 % of purchase price

For purchases Above $50,000 USD:  3% of purchase price however certain items require declaration. please Contact Us for the best delivery options

Pay out: Mismo Cielo will refund the full purchase price (excluding Transit Warranty cost) :

• For lost (or undelivered items) within 30 Days of Confirmation of the Lost Item. Items left at an Authorized Postal Collection Point and available for customer collection are NOT considered Undelivered or Lost.
• For damage to items due to Transit damage only and must be within 7 Days of receipt of the damaged Item. Transit is from collection at Mismo Cielo, 30 Murray Street Hobart to the designated postal address only.

Delivery Signature Confirmation

In order to help ensure the safe delivery of your order, the carrier will require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $500 in declared value.

International Customers

We ship our luxury goods worldwide! Please note that all items entering countries outside Australia may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with national laws. By law we must include a truthful description of the item and a declaration of the purchase cost.  The buyer will be responsible for all additional expenses incurred due to import taxes or duties imposed.

* Note that our Estimated Transit Times do not include potential delays in clearing customs of the destination country. Please contact your local post office and/or customs office if your package is delayed. 

Please also be aware that in some countries, luxury goods attract a significant import duty and goods can be impounded indefinitely.
