Ordering on the Mismo Cielo website is easy. We’ve kept the checkout process as simple as possible while still providing the option of creating an account to further speed up the checkout on your next order.  Creating an account is done from the “Account Symbol” which is the circle with the torso and head in the top right hand corner.  We recommend that you set up an account before shopping as account holders are often provided with Discount Coupons from time to time. Your Shipping address is also important as all items shipped outside of Australia are Tax Free.

Prices

Because we send our products all around the globe, prices listed on the website are shown Tax Free for all Counties EXCEPT Australia. Once you set your shipping country, prices will automatically adjust. At Checkout, your cart will include 10% tax if your deliver is to an Australian Location. 

Please be aware that your purchase will be paid in AUD for all online card payments and there may be fees associated with your merchant for conversion to AUD. However to avoid fees you can arrange for a a direct Wire to one of our currency options, including a 2.5% Discount.  Contact us

Your item includes 10% GST which will be included in your purchase costs and shown on your invoice.

International Orders and Taxes

We ship our items worldwide (subject to any known import restriction on certain products or Restricted Countries). Please note that the price you pay when shipped out of Australia is TAX FREE but may be subject to import taxes, duties or levies based on the destination country or state within that country.  You may be required to pay an addition levy to collect your good on arrival.

US tariffs for some goods from Australia used to be 0%, however this may be up to 10% ( Depending on the position of the current US administration at the time of purchase ) 

Rings

All our rings in the My Beads Luxe range include free resizing for 1 full US size (up or down).  In some cases rings may be resized by more than 1 size but require confirmation with our Jeweler first and may be subject to additional fees.  Please provide any comments around size at checkout or contact us to arrange a final price.

Your Cart

The cart is where you keep your selected items until you are ready to check out and make a purchase. Not only will it keep items while during your shopping session, it will remember what you placed into your shopping bag for up to one week (Subject to you browsers Cache). If you wish to save items for a longer period, you will need to first create a Mismo Cielo account by clicking on the “Account Symbol” at the top right of any page. After you’ve created an account, you’ll have the option of adding items to your wish list. However, please note that items sold through mismocielo.com.au are also sold at physical location and are of limited in supply so it’s quite possible an item you had saved in your cart or wish list is sold the next time you visit the site.
